📅 Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy

Session payments may be applied to a rescheduled date if at least 7 days’ notice is given, subject to photographer availability.

In the event of illness, sessions may be rescheduled once the child is healthy.

Late arrivals will have the time missed deducted from the session length. No compensation will be provided for lost time.

📸 Cooperation & Re-Shoots

Jennifer Mount Photography is not responsible if cooperation issues prevent planned images from being obtained.

One re-shoot may be permitted at a later date, at the photographer’s discretion.

🎨 Artistic Rights & Editing

Due to the custom nature of portrait photography, all sales are final once the session is completed.

Jennifer Mount Photography retains full artistic discretion in selecting and editing final images.

Images are edited in the photographer’s signature style.

Additional retouching beyond standard editing is available at $20 per image.

RAW files are not released under any circumstances.

💻 Image Delivery & Client Usage

Images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 2 weeks of your session.

Clients are encouraged to download and back up all images promptly. Jennifer Mount Photography is not responsible for lost files after delivery.
