Policies & Terms

Rescheduling / Late Arrival

Reschedule requests must be made at least 7 days before your session.

If illness occurs, we’ll arrange a new date once your child is healthy.

Late arrivals shorten the session; lost time can’t be recovered or refunded.

Cooperation
Jennifer Mount Photography is not liable if the subject does not cooperate or if specific images are not captured. One reshoot is allowed at the photographer’s discretion.

Artistic Rights
Due to the custom nature of portrait photography, no full refunds or exchanges after the session. The photographer selects final images. Additional retouching is $20 per image. RAW files are not provided.

Client Usage & Delivery
Your online gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session.
